Job Description

The role holder will be responsible for a variety of internal finance and accounting tasks, the primary responsibilities of this role are focused around bookkeeping tasks for all Group entities
Main Responsibilities and Duties

Ownership of monthly creditor processes such as monitoring supplier inboxes, distributing invoices for approval and dealing with ad hoc queries from suppliers
Reconciliation of supplier statements back to aged creditor listings
Complex bookkeeping entries including but not limited to disbursements, multiline invoices, multi jurisdiction / legal entity invoices
Bookkeeping and reconciliation of inter-company balances and loans, including liaising with overseas offices with regards to loan postings and supporting documentation
Main point of contact in the Finance team regarding coordination and sign off of supplier invoices
Main point of contact for training regarding bookkeeping and ledger system for new acquisitions to ensure consistency during integration periods
Ownership of the supplier accounts and being the contact for new supplier requests from overseas offices
Regular and timely review of all bookkeeping entries across all entities to ensure accuracy in line with bookkeeping standards and policies
Review of bookkeeping and reconciliation of JFSC, BVI and Cayman registry transactions
Review and oversight of analysis and bookkeeping of the travel business account
Review and oversight of bookkeeping of petty cash transactions
Review and oversight of bookkeeping of employee expense claims
Team management, coaching, development and performance management
