Job Description

Postholder will consolidate and improve existing Fund Controlling, Reporting and Delegation Management workstreams under newly formed “best-in-class” Fund Services team across Jersey and Luxembourg; undertaking periodic client reporting for latest active funds; work with outsourced partners and internal stakeholders to improve quality of investor level reporting of annual audited financials and quarterly investor reporting for capital accounts; ILPA disclosures and other investor reporting commitments; lead on Project Cost monitoring; create and monitor completion of checklists for key processes; identify and drive operational optimisation opportunities to build scale, reduce duplication through technology implementations, upgrades and strategic outsourced partnering across the wider Flagship Fund workstreams; actively involved in review process on Valuations and quarterly reporting by GP boards on a quarterly and year end basis; contribute to strategy.
Candidate will be business and achievement oriented; analytical, tenacious and flexible; solid understanding of investment funds, ideally Private Equity but other Alternatives will be considered; experience introducing scalable solutions and optimising operations in similar Fund Operations environment; undergraduate degree with an outstanding record or academic achievement from a leading university; ability to handle competing demands from different senior stakeholders; excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with a strong work ethic.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
