Job Description

A leading provider of private capital administration services is seeking an experienced and driven professional to manage a complex portfolio of fund and corporate structures.

This role involves overseeing the full client lifecycle while ensuring exceptional service delivery, technical accuracy, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to their team, manage performance, and play an active role in process improvement and business development. With a minimum of six years' experience in fund administration, preferably at manager level, the ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills and technical expertise in private capital strategies. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth is essential.
