Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager to oversee the administration of complex private capital structures, including funds and corporate entities. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service, maintaining accurate records, and driving process improvements while managing a dedicated team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

 

Job Duties:

  • Manage the administration of private capital structures, ensuring the delivery of outstanding client service throughout the life cycle of each structure.
  • Maintain accurate client data to support decision-making, communication, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across all allocated client relationships, ensuring timely and efficient completion of activities.
  • Supervise the team's day-to-day operations, provide technical guidance, and ensure the quality of output meets expected standards.
  • Review, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client delivery.
  • Participate in recruitment, manage appraisals, provide feedback, and handle team absence effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and advisor relationships while actively seeking follow-on revenue opportunities.
  • Manage the establishment of new structures and transition of business to ensure seamless integration.
  • Represent the organisation positively in the industry through event participation and other networking opportunities.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications meeting JFSC Table 4 requirements.
  • Proven expertise in private capital administration, including private equity and venture capital strategies.
  • Fund company secretarial background at a managerial level or higher is desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of handling multiple projects and responsibilities, including client management and compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Experience in recruitment, retention, and staff development.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and ensure adherence to policies and workflows.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
