Job Description

In your first few weeks in this Admin Manager, you can expect to:

Be responsible for managing a client portfolio, including all aspects of administration and company secretarial matters
Manage and supervise several administrators and trainee administrators who would typically study for professional qualifications
Work with other team Managers and Directors to ensure the planning, coordination and completion of all regulatory obligations and administration requirements within strict deadlines for a portfolio of entities
Prepare and implement client-specific procedures concerning administration and reporting requirements for each entity
Assist the accountants in respect of the planning and coordination of audits

Main Skill Required:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in fund administration
