This includes staffing and financial oversight. The role demands a high level of responsibility to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the food and beverage, strong leadership skills to coach, manage, and train a team, including the ability to work with diverse team members.
