Do you have strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise? A leading professional services firm is seeking a Financial Control Manager to join its finance team.
You will lead the core financial control team to ensure high-quality reporting and maintain a robust risk environment. You will deliver month-end and year-end close processes, prepare statutory financial statements, coordinate external audits, manage cash and treasury processes, oversee outsourced operations, and provide financial commentary to senior stakeholders. You'll also support management reporting and ensure financial controls are embedded during process enhancements. Candidates must be fully qualified accountants with at least five years' finance experience, including post-qualification financial control experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge, proven experience providing technical guidance and coordinating finance teams or outsourced resources, and a background in professional services are essential. Inter-island travel is expected, with occasional travel to the UK and Operation Centres in Europe.
