An experienced and commercially minded Finance Manager is sought to join the Finance Business Partnering team. This role supports key financial decision-making by delivering high-quality reporting, driving finance tech innovation, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for finance technology, and the ability to translate data into actionable insight. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts with commentary, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and other reporting tools, and contributing to strategic planning through insight-led analysis. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, financial control, and audit processes, while helping embed strong financial discipline across the business. A recognised accounting qualification is preferred, along with experience in financial reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with PowerBI, strong communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are key to success in this role.
