Job Description

Exciting opportunity to manage and financially manage team of administrators and their workflow to ensure first-class service to team clients; maintain and develop relationships with team clients; administration of portfolio of complex and crown jewel clients and understanding the processes; acting as Alternate Director and "B" Authorised Signatory; travelling to meet clients; review of financial statements; liaising with legal advisors, regulators and auditors; ensuring team meet deadlines; ensuring team adherence to internal company procedures; development/enhancement of team specific procedures; attending executive board and management meetings; conducting team appraisals and assisting with interviews; involvement in disciplinary or underperformance procedures; reviewing billing and analysing work in progress; managing aged debts; presenting training sessions; setting performance objectives; performing high level review of client accounts/financial statements; assisting with CDD. 
Candidate will have Table 4 qualification with 8 years’ industry experience, at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role; experience of developing and coaching others; working knowledge of MS Office; understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements; excellent understanding of financial statements; performance management of a team; persuading, influencing, leadership, motivation, presentation, decision making, interpersonal and delegation skills; able to work to conflicting and demanding deadlines; team player; able to handle conflict/differences; adaptable and versatile; ‘Can do’ attitude; motivated; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined; results driven.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
