Manager, Employer Solutions

Job Description

Our client is looking for a Manager to lead the team within their Employer Solutions division, part of their Client Services team. This role involves working closely with the Senior Director for Customer Relations to enhance the member experience for a portfolio clients, ensuring they receive premium service. Job Duties:

  • Lead and manage the team to maintain and develop relationships with clients, ensuring a premium member experience and client retention.
  • Liaise with intermediaries to ensure transactions are concluded with appropriate paperwork in place.
  • Respond to and investigate participant queries in a timely manner, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Oversee and document trustee decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a programme of regular client, intermediary, and participant visits to strengthen relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposal documents for tenders and update fee proposals for existing clients and participants.
  • Collaborate regularly with other teams within Employer Solutions to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly fee reports and actively monitor the portfolio's debtor position, taking appropriate action when necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of trustee and company risks and responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in client handling and relationship management with individuals.
  • Ability to efficiently investigate and resolve client queries.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly organised, able to use initiative and work independently.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service with a proactive approach.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
