We are seeking a Manager for our Employee Incentives team in Jersey to deliver high-quality administrative and fiduciary services to a complex portfolio. This hands-on role includes team management, process improvement and contributing to operational strategy. Responsibilities include overseeing a team and workflow, ensuring compliance, managing clients and intermediaries, providing technical guidance, monitoring productivity and debtors, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The role also requires maintaining strong cli
