Job Description

Great role managing team of administrators and their workload, completion of the Periodic Reviews and Risk Assessments and ensuring data in core systems updated; acting as ‘B’ Authorised Signatory; understanding differing requirements/ processes for high-risk clients; liaising with CIS client and support teams; approving payments; monitoring performance, attendance and development; financial management of team; ensuring team appraisal review deadlines are met; development/enhancement of team specific procedures; attending management meetings; arranging team meetings and 1-2-1 meetings; conducting team appraisals; assist with recruitment interviews; involvement in disciplinary or underperformance procedures; analyse WIP for team; conduct regular performance reviews; set and review performance objectives; ensure CIS clients periodic reviews completed on time; critically analyse how review points can be dealt with by team.
Candidate will have Table 4 qualification; 8 years’ relevant industry experience and at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role; experience of developing and coaching others; working knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of NavOne an advantage; understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements; performance management of a team experience; skilled in persuading, influencing, supervisory, management, leadership, motivation, presentation and delegation skills; able to make decisions and deal with conflicting and demanding deadlines; team spirit; able to handle conflict; able to prioritise; ‘Can do’ attitude; organised and methodical; motivated; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined; results driven. 
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
