Job Description

Exciting role working with team to manage portfolio of Trusts and Companies, providing technical support including regulatory requirements; ensuring policies implemented for clients; proactively keeping up-to-date with  current industry issues such as interest rate movements and changes in legislation; ensuring statutory returns are prepared and submitted; ensuring client records up to date; undertaking reviews of financial statements and other legal/technical documents; managing key client and intermediary relationships; conducting meetings and producing minutes and resolutions; communicating with clients; completing client take-on process and on-going reviews; conducting client visits; mentoring and counselling team; helping with recruitment, discipline, esourcing, training and development; liaising with auditors; assisting with budgeting, performance monitoring, review of staff time charging, billing and preparing quotes.
Candidate will be at least ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified with comprehensive experience within trust administration; management experience, preferably managing a large team; experience holding board positions as well as an authorised signatory; knowledge of local legislation/Corporate Governance; broad understanding of wide range of fiduciary products and corporate services; strong people management skills; ability to inspire and develop junior staff members; ability to manage a team; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions; ability to work effectively in a team.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
