Job Description

In your first few weeks in this Manager (Corporate Services) role, you can expect to:
• Maintain and develop client relationships for which you are the key client contact
• Engage with third parties, client advisors and intermediaries
• Work with the team director to ensure the development of the underlying administration team
• Monitor adherence to client service level agreements SLAs and implementation of customer-specific procedures CSPs
• Ensure that client service tasks are planned and executed accurately and on time
