Our client is a globally recognised service provider & is now seeking a manager to join its Corporate team to manage and develop a team of administrators, ensuring the provision of a professional and first-class service to clients.
The ideal candidate should have a table 4 qualification such as STEP or ICSA Diploma, at least 8 years' experience in a similar role with 3 years' experience in a supervisory role, a comprehensive knowledge & understanding of the local finance industry, including understanding of financial statements, legislation & regulatory environment. You will also have people management theory and practical experience.
Your role would be amongst other things responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex and crown jewel clients) & act as a group "B" Authorised Signatory, some travel to meet with own and team clients, liaise with team clients, delegation of tasks, review of financial statements for team clients, liaise with all intermediaries, advisors and the JFSC in respect of team clients. Manage team members & monitor the teams performance and manage the teams workflows. Analyse WIP for own and team clients, oversee billing & debtors. Checklists, Periodic reviews & review those undertaken by your direct reports.
