Job Description

This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate with solid experience in corporate, trust and fiduciary services to join a great team so if you have proven corporate administration experience and a STEP or CGI qualification, along with good relationship, time management, prioritisation and communication skills, competence in MS Office, team spirit, and ability to meet deadlines and work independently, get in touch with us now!  Document Management Systems and Viewpoint knowledge a plus.  Training will be provided.
The role involves working with interesting clients providing high quality service for corporate and fiduciary, as well as developing an administrative team and helping train them; providing technical support; manage client expectations; meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, recording time (if applicable and managing WIP and debt collection); ensuring CDD processed accurately and client reviews up to date; keeping updated with regulatory changes and industry standards; being risk and compliance aware; assisting with client annual reviews; assisting with quality control of data input and maintenance within corporate services practice management database; assisting with billing process and monitoring outstanding fees.
