Our client is seeking an established Manager with a strong background in the legal, compliance or regulatory sector, to oversee a team of client onboarding and AML specialists who are responsible for the company s European operations.
This is a pivotal role in the organisation, and the successful applicant will set strategic direction, drive ongoing process improvement, demonstrate great team leadership and be a key participant in internal and cross-jurisdictional projects. You will also be required to ensure that onboarding processes are aligned with regulatory obligations, commercial objectives and the firm s vision, promoting service excellence and continuous improvement.
Along with experience in a similar role at Manager level, you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and experience of the onshore and offshore regulatory environment, and a solid understanding of AML/CDD and client service delivery. Organisational and leadership skills will be key, as will a practical and commercial approach to problem solving and a proven track record of delivering enhancements to process efficiency.
