Manager / Chef at The Shack Trading Limited

We are an established kiosk business based in St Helier. We provide delicious food to both the local community and tourists from March through to October. We are busy 7 days a week, providing takeaway, collection and outdoor seated options for customers.

We are looking for a Manger / Chef to join our team and be responsible for managing and running the Castle Kiosk day to day whilst being the primary grill chef.

This is a fast-paced roll, accuracy and teamwork are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a busy kitchen with all the relevant training in place, will have good attention to detail and also be a good communicator to enable them to work in this environment. We’re also offering a bonus linked to profit for the right long-term candidate.
