We have a new opportunity for a Manager / Associate Director to join the Client Support Services team of an established corporate services company.
Key duties will include:
- Manage the day-to-day activities within the Client service support team (CSS) and monitor individual's chargeable time.
- To carry out Performance & Development Reviews, ensuring the objectives are achieved and that training requirements are identified and implemented.
- Undertake in-depth AML/CDD reviews and manage the take on and trigger event process for multi risk clients.
- Provide oversight of all registry filings for Jersey company changes, this will include special resolutions, dissolution, beneficial ownership and control and significant persons in line with the Jersey disclosure law.
- Manage and maintain the core date base for all AML and statutory records.
