Manager / Assistant Manager - Transfers and Loans at JTC

You will work with the wider Customer Relations Team to enhance the member experience for our book of clients, ensuring that plan members receive a premium service when taking benefits. The successful candidate will assist with the management of the Transfers and Distributions team to include coaching/mentoring the team, being a point of escalation for member queries and running/analysing reports both for internal commentary and to meet our regulatory reporting requirements.
