Manager – Accounting at sanne,an Apex Group Company

Prepare and review more complex quarterly and semi-annual management and statutory accounts
Review complex NAV and NAV per share calculations
Review more complex fund capital calls and distributions
Review routine accounting deliverables for real assets funds (management accounts, financial statements, NAV workings, distribution workings etc)
Manage the audit process, maintenance of audit files and communication/liaison with auditors for portfolio clients

To apply for this role, you will need to hold an ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA qualification or equivalent. You will also require:

Substantial fund accounting experience, preferably within Real Assets or Private Equity in a professional services environment
People management experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
