Managed Services Consultant

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Managed Services Consultant to join a leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions. This is a really exciting role that will involve assisting in setting up the new Jersey side of the business.

Key duties will include:

  • Communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notifying them of any relevant changes related to their issue proactively
  • Provide support and expertise using technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, firewalls, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, Windows servers and Mimecast
  • Provide high level and complex technical support using a diverse range of systems, hardware and software. This may include operating systems, business applications, printing and network systems
  • You will be responsible for completing a diverse range of issues ranging from 1 st line to 3 rd line tasks, escalated tickets and queries from a team of Technicians and Senior Technicians across our pan-island Managed Services team using the ticketing system
  • Visit clients to undertake regular onsite support and be flexible to requests which may come about during these visits
