Role summary
You’ll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs and grounds upkeep around the property. The role suits a practical, hands-on person who can work independently, prioritise tasks and deliver a consistently high standard of work.

Key responsibilities

Carry out general repairs (plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, tiling)
Routine maintenance checks and preventative work
Groundskeeping: mowing, gardening, clearing debris, basic landscaping
Pool area maintenance (cleaning, checking chemical levels) — if applicable
Respond to guest/staff maintenance requests promptly and courteously
Move and assemble furniture, set up rooms or event areas
Maintain tools, equipment and storage areas
Report larger repair needs and liaise with contractors when required
Ensure health and safety compliance and keep work areas tidy
