Lounge Chef at No1 Lounges (JER) Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and cooking No1’s food offering
- Ensure the kitchen is always exceptionally clean, by completing regular cleaning
- Monitoring food stock levels
- Ensure equipment is of good working order, conducting any required maintenance or cleaning schedules and reporting any defects.
- Following SOP’s in line with Health and Safety guidelines
- The promotion of a clean and hygienic kitchen following all company and legal food safety requirements.

You will be asked to work a 6-day rolling pattern - 2 early shifts (5.00am-1pm) 2 late shifts (12.30pm-8.30pm) then 2 days off
