Live-in Carer at Compassionate Health Care Jersey

Role Overview
We are seeking a kind, dependable, and experienced Live-in Carer to provide one-to-one support for individuals in their own homes across Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who values companionship, dignity, and continuity of care, and is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those they support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Assist with medication administration and health monitoring
- Prepare nutritious meals and support with feeding if required
- Carry out light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
- Maintain accurate daily records and communicate with family or healthcare professionals
- Respect client’s privacy, preferences, and cultural values
- Respond appropriately to emergencies
