During two-week placements, you'll live in a client’s home, providing compassionate, person-centred support with personal care, mobility, medication, meal preparation, companionship and daily routines. You'll help clients maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while building meaningful relationships. We’re seeking caring, reliable individuals with experience in care or healthcare who can work confidently and professionally. In return, we offer paid return flights, structured two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off rotations, clear care plans, training and ongoing support. Right to work in Jersey and completion of all required checks and training are essential.
