The Live-in/Care Assistant will provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centred care to adults living in their own homes throughout Jersey. Living within the client’s home, you will provide practical, emotional and personal support that enables individuals to remain independent, safe and comfortable while promoting dignity choice, privacy and wellbeing.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our clients’ wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven methods to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling life. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key part in helping them achieve their care goals. You will implement individualised care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and care of the Service Receivers.
