We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lifeguard Shift Leader to join our team. As a Lifeguard Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at all times. You will be tasked with supervising a team of lifeguards, overseeing their performance, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and safe experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising a team of lifeguards and providing guidance as necessary.
Ensuring that all lifeguards are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
To Instruct our guests and customer on how to use the FlowRider™.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests, including the pool area and surrounding facilities.
Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise.
Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and reporting any issues
