Level 3 Support Worker at Centre Point Trust

We are looking for a Level 3 Qualified (Childcare/Health and Social Care) passionate individual to join our team of Support Workers at Centrepoint At Home (and More).

Working hours are from 6pm to 9pm Monday to Friday but there is flexibility surrounding the days and working patterns can vary.

Centrepoint At Home (and More) provides support to children aged 0-16 years. We provide bespoke care packages to suit the individual needs of the children, taking on a whole family approach. Our aim is to help families maintain their quality of life whilst promoting independence. We work in partnership with parents/carer’s and children to share responsibilities within their day to day routines, creating a positive, calm and nurturing environment. The support will include community and home based activities.
