Level 2/3 Mental Health Support Worker at LIFELINE CARE GROUP (JERSEY) LTD

We are currently recruiting passionate Level 2/3 Mental Health Support Workers to join our dedicated care team. This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives. Applicants must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or equivalent) and have experience working in mental health settings. We offer time and a quarter pay for unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends, and double pay on bank holidays. Shifts are flexible across days, nights, and weekends, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time hours. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, reliable, and confident in supporting individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
