The successful will candidate provide a professional, client-focussed personal assistant service acting executively on behalf of Senior Lawyers/Partners on a range of business matters.

Act as first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Extensive diary and inbox management.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Typing, transcribing and other Word Processing tasks.
Updating and maintaining social media profiles and contact lists for Senior members of staff.
