Duties will include maintaining the Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, taking notes, screening correspondence on behalf of the Partner, proof reading of legal documents and providing general cover for other support staff. The ideal candidate will be an advanced user of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Pro, you will have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, maintain discretion and sensitivity at all times around confidential client matters.
