Legal Counsel, Trust and Fiduciary Services at HSBC Bank

We are seeking a specialist lawyer with knowledge and experience of non-contentious Jersey trusts law and private client work.

You will become a trusted adviser to the trust and fiduciary services business, by ensuring that commercially sensitive, pragmatic, practical and strategic legal support and advice is provided in a cost-effective manner to the TFS CI business.

You will provide support on a broad range of legal issues relating to or arising out of the TFS CI business including matters that may be complex.

You should be a qualified solicitor or barrister with at least two years of PQE. Preference will be given to those with a Jersey or Guernsey qualification.
