About the role:
This is a people and culture-centric role where you will work as the Learning and Development Specialist. Offering support to the People and Culture team and wider Learning and Development Business Partners.
Supporting the Recruitment, Payroll, Advice, Learning and Development needs of the business.
About you:
-Previous experience of working in a Learning and Development role is essential.
-Proven presentation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient user of Microsoft Packages.
-Entitled status.
