Our client is seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis to support the Head of L&D achieve operational accountability and responsibility to guide, manage and oversee and supervise the L&D process for audit partners and professionals. You will also provide training to develop personnel, including engagement partners and knowledge or experience regarding professional standards. The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a learning and development role and proven ability to influence and build strong relationships. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees and if you have experience within an audit environment that will be advantageous.
