Lead Nurse IPU and Quality Assurance (Interim) at Jersey Hospice Care

Jersey Hospice Care is looking for a Lead Nurse for a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide clinical leadership to the Senior Nurse, IPU and Quality Assurance, manage and oversee the services and personnel to ensure the highest quality of specialist palliative care. They will work collaboratively with the Senior Clinical Leadership Team, co-ordinate the Multi-disciplinary Team to create a supportive network for efficient practice and learning focusing on quality assured patient and family centred care.

The candidate will be registered with the NMC, hold a full Master’s degree in management or relevant subject, have substantial post-registration and Palliative Care experience.
