Lead Nurse at Les Amis

A fantastic opportunity to work for an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation, within our new and exciting Maison des Amis nursing unit.

Working within a small but busy unit with 5 rooms providing clinical leadership of nursing tasks for adults with learning disabilities and/or associated conditions, including responsibility for clinical standards, budget and resource oversight and the development and implementation of evidence based nursing practice.
Accountable for the effective management of the nursing and clinical staff team. Ensuring delivery of safe, person centred nursing care to residents/service users.

The position is 37.5hrs p/w and requires shift work, weekends and on call duties.
Salary Grade 5
Essential; Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
Knowledge of learning disability and/or complex care
