Lead Nurse at Les Amis

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Les Amis, an Investors in People Gold accredited organisation, as a Lead Nurse within our Maison des Amis nursing unit.Successful candidate will provide strong clinical leadership and be accountable for the effective management of nursing staff, clinical teams, and support workers. Working in partnership with the Registered Manager, the post holder will coordinate multidisciplinary services to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.Role includes responsibility for maintaining high clinical standards, workforce management, and oversight of resources, while supporting the development and implementation of evidence-based practice.Lead Nurse will work closely with the Government of Jersey Learning Disability Nursing Team, offering professional guidance and contributing to complex clinic.
