Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner, to be based in their St Helier office.
You will be working with the managers and stakeholders in assigned business units to identify learning needs. Arrange high-impact, interactive in-person & virtual sessions. Develop & lead projects. Grow your professional relationships with business stakeholders. Maintain business knowledge & process changes whilst following training development guidelines.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years learning & development experience, hold a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications or similar. Intermediate level LMS and eLearning. Experience in financial services, funds, or corporate services is required. You will have the ability to work effectively & efficiently under pressure. Outstanding communication skills, ability to multi-task. With proficient skills using MS Office.
