KYC/Due Diligence File Reviewer

The post holder will focus on undertaking file reviews for investors in fund entities and for clients, reporting to Manager of Client Regulatory Services.  He/she will complete review of investor/CDD to ensure appropriate standard of documentation to comply with JFSC’s AML/CFT Handbook; ensure files in compliance with regulatory and AML/CFT requirements; where files are found to be deficient, ensure outstanding documentation/ information obtained; maintain review control schedules to record review findings; provide guidance and assistance in respect of onboarding of investors into Fund Entities.
Candidate will have strong working knowledge of AML/CDD requirements; at least 3 years financial services experience, preferably in a Compliance/AML monitoring environment; at least 2 years’ experience in undertaking CDD file reviews; able to manage own workload to ensure deadlines and timetables met; good knowledge of Jersey regulatory framework and AML/CFT Handbook.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
