Job Description

Exciting role working across global jurisdictions to support legal practice teams in delivery of client services, focusing on providing legal tools such as a combination of process workflows, matter maps, automation, client portals and knowledge databases and adapting legal operational needs into pragmatic solutions and delivering new projects.  Duties involve maintaining strong working relationships with external suppliers; maintaining knowledge databases, house styles and group templates; configuration of client portals which meet client needs and provide effective user experience; helping develop new solutions; testing and trialling new products and process mapping; assisting in training and supervision of training placements; ensuring continuous awareness of new initiatives and knowledge of existing systems and processes through induction and presentations internally.
Candidate will have good IT, organisational and communication skills;  good judgement and attention to detail; experience dealing with lawyers and suppliers; presentational experience; desirably experience of using legal tech solutions; experience of design, mapping and documenting processes and implementing solutions preferable; user centric approach to services and commercial awareness; good team player; methodical; able to multi-task; adaptable and flexible; commercially aware and client focused; good relationship builder; ability to manage multiple small projects concurrently and see them through to the end.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.  Must be willing to travel occasionally and work outside normal hours if required.
