Knowledge Analyst

Our client is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst to join their global Knowledge Management team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting their Litigation and ITPC law practices, providing resource management and research services to the firm globally, whilst working closely with the Knowledge function, to promote and embed their knowledge strategy.
About the role:
- Acting as the point of contact for all level one and level two knowledge requests, diverting more technical requests to the Knowledge Lawyers and taking ownership of requests on their behalf.
- Support the capture, organisation and easy access to relevant knowledge for the Litigation and ITPC teams globally.
- Deliver an effective and efficient access and training on relevant research resources and provide induction support to new starters
