Kitchen Porter at The Good Egg Beach Cafe

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team for the season (March-November). This is a fast paced role in a high volume beach cafe, ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen. Staff meals provided, no split shifts and the opportunity to work with a supportive, fun and inclusive team.

Must be on island - 5 years residency not required.
Weekend work essential - 2 days off during the week.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work well as part of a team
Physically fit and able to be on your feet for long periods
Previous kitchen experience is an highly desirable but not essential
