Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including work surfaces and equipment
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times
Help with receiving and storing deliveries correctly
Dispose of waste and keep bins clean and organised, inside and outside
Keep all external areas of the building clean ie terraces, public entrances and take pride in your duties.
