This full time role involves regular interaction with all members of the Family Office (FO) Team, Accountants, Compliance Officers and various external business contacts, including banks, investment houses, lawyers and external accountants. You will provide an efficient, professional administrative support service, assisting with KYC/CDD information collation and system input for client take-on and handle documentation and resolutions with regard to transactions and restructures. The successful candidate will be educated to undergraduate qualified level and ideally have some experience in the offshore and / or onshore financial services industry. Additionally, you'll have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word and basic PowerPoint, with good numeracy and a good commercial awareness alongside solid administration experience.
