Junior Sous Chef at Greenhills Country Hotel and Restaurant

Join our luxury 33-bedroom hotel in Jersey, renowned for exceptional hospitality, lovely grounds and 2 AA Rosette restaurant. We’re looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

This hands-on role will see you running sections, supervising the team, maintaining standards and helping develop junior chefs. Working with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll help deliver seasonal menus using quality, locally sourced produce.

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef, confident during busy services and passionate about food, presentation and consistency. Food safety knowledge, communication, teamwork and leadership skills are essential.
