This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Service Desk Analyst contributing to the smooth running of the IT Service Desk Support Team, providing hardware and software support for all of our client's jurisdictions and escalating any problems appropriately. You will be the first point of contact for all support or service calls on a daily or weekly basis and complete daily operations, managing all calls in accordance to the service desk process and procedures. The candidate will learn on the job learn and actively show a passion for customer service, with a keen interest in technology and experience in Microsoft office and Windows 10. Additionally, it is desirable that they have some experience of Video Conference systems, Teams, Skype, Zoom, Webex & Others. Some IT qualifications & customer service skills would be desirable.
