Job Description

Great opportunity to support key advisory administration items throughout business and employee lifecycle such as reward, exit management, performance management, talent & succession, absence, dynamic working and reporting; assist with research to policy development to ensure compliance to labour legislation; produce data reports and monthly SLA reporting; anticipate and identify business needs and contribute to developing solutions to business problems; take part in projects; propose solution to major problem/ project working on and provide action plan for the problem; develop talent and capability; identify opportunities for continuous improvement; contribute to business unit's learning and development team in development of skills development plans and use input from performance management reviews; ensure strong working relationships; develop new job descriptions; ensure unused vacancies are removed; source workforce composition reports from SAP system to review team productivity and support requesting headcount approvals; drive requisition approval for new vacancies.
HR/Social Sciences Postgrad Degree required, along with 1-2 years similar experience and baseline understanding of Human Capital; competent in team working, understanding people, inspiring confidence and feedback, embracing change, initiative, meeting deadlines, resolving conflict, problem solving, employee centricity, business acumen, and analysing and interpreting information.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
