This is a new and exciting role for a Junior candidate to join our client's small and friendly People and Culture team, on a permanent basis. You will assist a team of 3 colleagues on all advisory administration and as this is a junior role you will be provided with the scope to progress. The successful candidate will ideally have a generalist background in HR and be good with managing stakeholders as you will be required to support your team in key advisory administration items throughout the business and employee lifecycle i.e. reward, exit management, performance management, talent & succession, absence, dynamic working and reporting. You will need to hold a post graduate degree in Social Sciences and Human Resources and have 1+ years' experience in a HR environment.
