We are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Onboarding and Periodic Review Assistant. Training will be provided so that the successful candidate is able to independently collect and review due diligence documentation and AML risk factors on client accounts.
The role involves daily contact with front office teams in order to facilitate account openings and deliver ongoing monitoring of client relationships via Periodic KYC reviews and trigger events, including AML and adverse media screening of clients.
The Onboarding and Periodic Review Assistant will also be required to provide regular updates on the status of tasks and cases. Candidates should have strong organisational skills with an ability to manage several tasks and deadlines when presented.
Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and should be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail when checking client due diligence documentation, whilst grasping the importance of a smooth and efficient service for the front office teams and their clients.
You will need to have an aptitude for problem solving, strong IT skills including Excel, be diligent with a high level of attention to detail even when working under pressure, have excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong organisational and time management skills, as well as being a self-starter and team player.
